How to Add an IP Range for Lease

Complete guide to listing your IP addresses on our marketplace

Overview

As an IP Holder, you can list your unused IPv4 address ranges on our marketplace and earn passive income by leasing them to businesses that need additional IP addresses.

Requirements

  • You must be the legitimate owner or authorized manager of the IP addresses
  • Your company must complete KYC verification
  • IP ranges must be registered with a Regional Internet Registry (RIR)

Create an Account and Complete KYC

First, you need to register an account and complete the company verification process:

  1. Click "Register" on the homepage and create your account
  2. Verify your email address
  3. Fill in your company information:
    • Company legal name
    • Tax ID / VAT number
    • Business address
    • Select "IP Holder" as your account type
  4. Submit your KYC documents for verification
  5. Wait for approval (typically 1-2 business days)

You cannot list IP ranges until your company is verified. This ensures all IP holders on our platform are legitimate.

Navigate to Subnets Management

Once your company is verified:

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Click on "My Subnets" in the navigation menu
  3. Click the "Add Subnet" button

Fill in Subnet Information

Complete the subnet registration form with the following information:

language IP Address

Enter the network address of your subnet (e.g., 192.168.1.0)

straighten CIDR Prefix

Select the size of your subnet (/24, /23, /22, etc.)

public RIR

Select the Regional Internet Registry where your IPs are registered (RIPE, ARIN, LACNIC, APNIC, AFRINIC)

Specify the country and city where the IPs are geolocated

Set Your Pricing

Configure the pricing for your IP addresses:

Price per IP (Monthly)

Set a competitive monthly price per IP address. Market rates typically range from $0.40 to $1.00 per IP.

Example for /24 (256 IPs):

$0.50 x 256 = $128/month

Minimum Lease Term

Optionally set a minimum lease duration. Longer terms provide more stable income.

Pricing Tips

  • Clean IPs with good reputation can command higher prices
  • IPs in certain geolocations (US, EU) are typically more valuable
  • Offering discounts for longer terms can attract more lessees

Submit for Verification

After submitting your subnet, our team will verify your ownership:

  1. We will check the WHOIS records to confirm your organization owns the IP range
  2. We verify the IP range is not already listed elsewhere
  3. We run an initial reputation check on the IP addresses
  4. You may be asked to create a specific RIPE/ARIN object or respond from the abuse contact email

Payout Schedule

Payouts are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month. A 10% platform fee is deducted from your earnings. Minimum payout threshold is $100.
