This legal notice is governed by Spanish law, in particular by Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights; Law 11/2022, of June 28, on General Telecommunications; and, where not provided for, by the Spanish Civil Code.

For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the website, the parties expressly submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Ourense, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them. However, if the user were a consumer (which is not the case on this website, aimed exclusively at B2B companies), the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users shall apply.
