1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and navigation of the website https://ip4.market (hereinafter, the "Site"), owned by XNET CORE SL, as well as the associated blog and any other public resources dependent on it. Use of the client panel https://panel.ip4.market and contracting of the IPv4 leasing service are governed by the Terms of Service.

2. Acceptance

Access to the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use, as well as the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy. If the user does not accept any of these conditions, they must leave the Site.

3. Access to the Site

Access to the Site is free of charge. Browsing the subnet catalogue and creating an account in the panel does not imply any obligation to contract.

4. User Obligations

The user undertakes to:

Use the Site diligently and in good faith.
Refrain from actions that may damage, overload or prevent the normal operation of the Site (DoS/DDoS, abusive scraping, reverse engineering).
Not introduce malicious code, viruses or any element that may alter systems of XNET CORE or third parties.
Not use the Site for unlawful purposes, harmful to third parties or contrary to morality or public order.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (texts, images, graphics, source code, trademarks, logos, design and structure) is owned by XNET CORE SL or used under license from their respective owners, all rights being expressly reserved. The trademark ip4.market is owned by XNET CORE SL.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other act of exploitation of the contents is prohibited without express written authorization.

6. Links

The Site may contain links to external resources. XNET CORE SL does not control the contents of linked sites nor assumes any responsibility for their availability, content or use. The inclusion of links does not imply recommendation, association or contractual relationship.

7. Availability and Continuity

XNET CORE SL will make reasonable efforts to keep the Site operational, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. It may suspend access for maintenance, update or security reasons without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XNET CORE SL shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of business opportunities.
Failures attributable to third parties (carriers, internet providers, domain registrars, browsers).
Use of the Site in violation of these Terms of Use.
Unauthorised access to user accounts when due to inadequate custody of credentials.

Contractual relationships with clients are governed, in all matters relating to liability and SLA, by the Terms of Service.

9. Data Protection

The processing of personal data collected through the Site is governed by the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies is governed by the Cookies Policy.

10. Modifications

XNET CORE SL may modify these Terms of Use to adapt them to legal, technical or service changes. The current version will be published at this same URL with an indication of the date of last update.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access or use of the Site, the parties expressly submit to the courts and tribunals of Ourense, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
