1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on the user’s browser to recognise them on subsequent visits, maintain the session, remember preferences, or measure site usage. The applicable regulation in Spain is Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the AEPD Guide on the use of cookies.
2. Types of cookies
2.1 By ownership
- First-party: served from domains under the control of XNET CORE SL.
- Third-party: served from domains of external providers (analytics, CDN, etc.).
2.2 By purpose
- Technical: essential for the functioning of the site. No consent required.
- Preference: remember user settings (language, prior consent).
- Analytics: measure aggregate user behaviour. Consent required.
- Marketing/Advertising: advertising personalisation. Consent required. We currently do not use marketing cookies.

4. Consent management
On their first visit, the user will see a banner that allows them to accept, reject or configure the use of non-technical cookies. The decision is stored in the cookie_consent cookie and respected for 12 months, and may be modified at any time via the permanent link in the footer.
We implement Google Consent Mode v2: analytics cookies are not activated until express consent is given, and the IP address is truncated before processing.
5. How to disable cookies in your browser
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Mozilla Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies and site data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Cookies and website data.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
Disabling technical cookies may prevent use of the client panel.
6. Changes
XNET CORE SL may modify this policy to adapt it to regulatory or technical changes. Material modifications will be published fifteen (15) days before their effective date.
